Orchestral Selection Courses

In 2016 the EUBO Mobile Baroque Academy organised two orchestral selection courses in Echternach, Luxembourg on the following dates:

COURSE 1 – from 5 to 8 April 2016

COURSE 2 – from 8 to 11 April 2016

Orchestral Selection Courses of the EMBA project deliver world-class baroque orchestral tuition to over 400 European students at postgraduate level (but aged under 30). At each course 10 leading baroque specialist tutors deliver experience and training of a quality and intensity unavailable elsewhere, on an individual, chamber and orchestral basis. Following each Orchestral Selection Course, circa 25 participants are selected to take part in the performances of EUBO for the next concert season, though all participants will have gained new skills to assist their career development. The courses provide a unique opportunity to network with fellow students and teachers from across Europe.
